Det har avslöjats detaljer om soundtracket till "On the Road". Albumet innehåller originalmusik från filmen skriven av Oscar-vinnande kompositören Gustavo Santaolalla (Brokeback Mountain, Babel) och några låtar från filmen med Coati Mundi, Ella Fitzgerald, Son House och Slim Gaillard. Soundtracket kommer utomlands inom en månad från Universal Music Frankrike. Det ser inte ut som att det kommer en skiva till Amerika. On the Road har stjärnor som roller som Sam Riley, Garrett Hedlund, Kristen Stewart, Kirsten Dunst, Viggo Mortensen, Steve Buscemi, Amy Adams, Tom Sturridge, Alice Braga, Danny Morgan och Elisabeth Moss. Filmen bygger på romanen skriven år 1957 av Jack Kerouac och producerad av Francis Ford Coppola. Den kommer att ha premiär på Cannes Film Festival om en månad och kommer att släppas i Frankrike och vissas i europeiska länder i slutet av maj. Det finns ännu inget datum sagt.
